How to grill hake
start off by preparing all your ingredients namely:

Once you have everything ready, it is time to focus on the hake fillet itself. Make sure to pat it dry with some kitchen towel paper before seasoning it. - Now, place your hake fillet onto the tinfoil and marinate it with the butter marinate. Make sure to do this on both sides.
- Prepare your lemon by slicing it and then placing it on top of your hake fillet. Cover your fish well with the tin foil and grill on high medium-high heat for about 12 minutes on each side. ( if you are making this in your oven then preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius on the grill. Once your oven has preheated, place your hake into the oven for 15 minutes or until your hake is done)
