This pure maple syrup homemade latte is delicious and can be whipped in a matter of minutes without the need for an espresso machine or traditional milk frother.

- 250 ml dairy milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp instant espresso
- ¼ cup hot water 60 ml
Place the dairy milk and maple syrup in a microwavable glass container and heat for about 3 minutes or until hot.
In the meantime, in a small ramekin, mix the hot water with the instant espresso and set aside.
Make the extra dairy milk froth by using a milk frother and set it aside. ( if you do not have a milk frother place the little bit of milk into an airtight container and shake the container until a froth is formed.)
Now, place the espresso into a coffee mug, along with the sweetened milk. Top your coffee off with the milk froth.
