easy egg sandwich recipe

This is the best nutritious breakfast which consists of eggs and avo.  You will absolutely love this recipe. It is fresh, healthy and full of nutrients. Perfect for breakfast or a light lunch.

Ingredients
  

  • a few slices of tomato ( seasoned with salt)
  • a few slices of onion
  • 1 small ripe avocado ( seasoned with salt)
  • 1 slice of whole-wheat bread
  • 1 egg

Instructions
 

  • Fry your egg in your desired way.
  • Mash your ripe avocado in a separate bowl.
  • Now layer your sandwich.  Spread your avo on the bread. Place your onions and tomato on top of your avo spread. Place your egg on top of the sandwich and enjoy your healthy meal.

Notes

tip: add a good quality cold meat for a non-vegetarian option.
