maize meal meal for mixing.
Instructions
step one:
Place the 2 cups of maize meal and cold water into the medium-sized pot and stir well.
Once stirred well, place your pot on high heat, and add boiling water to the pot and continue to stir until it starts to boil.
Once your maize starts to boil, cover your pot and allow the pap to boil for 10 minutes.
After 15 minutes of boiling the maize, add small portions of maize to your pot whilst simultaneously mixing. Look at the video for assistance.
Once your pap has reached your desired consistency, mix it well with a wooden spoon until all lumps have disappeared.
close your pot and allow your pap to simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve your pap with your favourite side and enjoy.
