This is the best pannekoek recipe that is easy to make and absolutely delicious. It comes with a delicious cinnamon sugar dressing that makes it an indulgent treat.

Equipment

  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • 1 large non-stick pan
  • 1 blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cake wheat flour
  • 1 cup dairy milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence only when making sweet pannekoek
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tsp white sugar
  • 1 tsp butter for frying

cinnamon sugar

  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients into your blender and pulse until smooth.
  • Once your dough is smooth, transfer it to your large mixing bowl.
  • Heat your non-stick pan on high heat and place little amounts of butter into your non-stick pan.
  • Place a ¼ cup of batter onto your pan and spread your dough across your pan. Flip your pannekoek once the downside is a little golden brown and the pannekoeks edges are starting to lift.
  • Once your pannekoek has cooked, set it aside and continue following the process for the rest of your batter.

Cinnamon sugar

  • Mix the cinnamon sugar ingredients until everything is combined. Sprinkle your sugar on every pannekoek and enjoy.
