Chop your chicken breasts into small bite-sized pieces and add your chicken to a medium sized bowl.
Add your buttermilk, salt, sweet basil, crushed garlic, paprika, chilli flakes and chicken seasoning into the same bowl with the chicken pieces and mix well.
Allow your chicken to marinate in the fridge for 10 minutes. In the meantime make your tzatziki.
Once your chicken has marinated in the fridge, heat your oil in a wide pan on medium-high heat.
Once your oil is heated, fry your chopped onion until it is golden brown. Set aside in a small bowl which is lined with a paper towel.
Now, fry your chicken in the same oil for about 5-10 minutes or until your chicken is cooked to perfection. Then set aside in a bowl that is lined with parchment paper.

Combine all your tzatziki ingredients into a medium-sized bowl and mix well with a fork.
how to assemble the wraps
Start off by placing some cheese on your tortilla then add chicken, onions and tzatziki then fold your wrap. Insert a toothpick to make sure that the folds stay in place. Do this for all four wraps.
Once that is done place your wraps cheese-side-down onto a grilling pan and grill them for about 5-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and your wraps are warm.
