plain full cream yoghurt

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius on bake
In a large bowl, add your mashed bananas, vanilla essence, eggs and melted butter. Mix this well until everything is combined.
Add your vinegar, yoghurt and sugar to the wet ingredients and mix well.
In a separate bowl whisk your baking soda, salt and flour until it is well combined.
Add your flour mixture to the banana mixture and mix well, making sure your mixture has no lumps.
Place your batter into a loaf pan that is lined with parchment paper and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clear.
Notes
The best way of serving this bread is with cold custard and warm bread.
